1. What are we smoking for you?

Whole Smoked Turkey Breast $69.95
This is not your typical turkey. We start it slow and gentle, and it gives way to a flavor bomb: smoky from the post oak, sweet and savory from our garlic honey.
Smoked Turkey Leg $19.95
Succulent and smoky with a subtle hint of sweet. Seasoned with our championship rub and finished with our signature Batch #51 sauce for a balanced, flavorful bite.

2. Pick a pickup window

Pick up Tuesday, November 24, 11 AM to 1 PM, at 110 West Jackson Avenue, Lufkin. Need to cancel? Call (936) 937-2626 by Tuesday, November 10, two weeks before pickup, for a full refund. Reheating tips are at boxcarbbqtx.com/reheat. Thanksgiving week we will also have vacuum-sealed brisket, ribs, sausage and more at the pit, first come, first served.
